Chapter 78

Rose’s POV

“My mom scared me that I would have stroke if I make love, I do not believe that anymore.”Ethan said and I sat upright on the bëd.

” Really?” I asked feeling concerned.

“Yes. I want to detach myself from that family and I would dare to make love with you now.” He said.

“What if you do and you end up having stroke? Stroke is a sickness that seems incurable…..that would be a very terrible thing to dare. I would feel terribly guilty if anything happens to you.” I said to him.

“If we do not believe it, it won’t happen, let’s make love already?” He said.

“No…be calm Ethan, I won’t forgive myself if anything happens to you. It doesn’t matter if you believe in the law of gravity or not, whatever goes up must come down.” I said.

“What do you suggest we do then? ” He asked and adjusted to a sitting position too.

“Probably see a spiritualist.”

“No….I don’t believe in those people, I only know of a religion and that’s meditation. All other religions are arrant nonsense. ”

“Now I understand why you have never gone to church but we still need to see someone that might be of help, let’s see a spiritualist still.” I insisted.

“If you insist.” He finally succumb.

I placed my head on his chest and slept off.

Following morning!

Ethan and I got inside the car, he was the one driving this time.

There is a spiritual woman that advertises her platform on a particular radio station every night, we decided to check her out. I’d listened to her many times and I felt like, she might probably be of help.

She seems knowledgeable.

Ethan and I vibed to the music that was been played in the car.

We finally arrived at the woman’s place. The building looked like a church.

We walked inside and saw different people sitting.

I asked one of them and they said they had their numbers, they weree entering to see the woman according to their numbers.

Oh! She must be really popular.

We picked a number too and waited patiently for our turn.

When it was our turn, we walked inside and saw the beautiful lady.

She’s beautiful, extremely gorgeous, elegant and glamorous. Her beauty is one that I have never seen on earth.

I felt like hiding the woman from Ethan, how can someone be this beautiful?

I looked at Ethan and his face was pressed on the woman.
