We walk downstairs hand in hand, his soft touch in my palms made me shiver.
His mom saw us and flash a smile at us.

We were in the dinning eating as his mom asked me a few questions about myself and I answered truthfully.
After that, we stayed for a while and when it’s night, we bade them goodbye but Xavier mom called me back.
“How about the wedding dress or what are your plans about it ” she said and I press my lips in a thin line.
“Uhm….i am not having any plans ma”
“okay I will talk to my fashion designer and by tomorrow afternoon,you and Xavier will go choose your dress”She said .
“I won’t be around tomorrow “Xavier cuts in and his mom mouthed an”oh” sound.
“okay, my Driver will come pick you tomorrow evening ” she said and I nodded.
“Bye baby “She cooed and I smiled.
I and mom walk out of the mansion heading for home.

I walk into the house tiredly after school hours
I met my brother Dan in the living room.
He look up and smiles at me.
“welcome baby girl ” He said cheerfully and I smiled.
“How are you doing? ” He asked.
“I am fine brother ” I answered cheerfully also.
“So how was it”He asked hoping for a positive answer and I smiled.
“it went well ” I said and he sit properly.
“well luckily we are sitting on the same desk and I behaved nicely to her, although she is surprised I could talk to her because they kinda hate her in school cos they are jealous of her,she is happy and she is free around me, we even exchange numbers ” I beam as I explain to him and he smiled.
“wow I think we are progressing ” He said happily.
“Yeah” I said and he poured wine in the second glass on the table.
He handed it to me and I took a gulp and he also drink from his own glass.
We look at our selves and laugh happily at our progress.

My bestie walk in with a doleful look and I am surprised.
“what is wrong ” I asked concerned as she plopped on the chair.
“There is a bad news” she said tiredly and I sit properly to listen to it.
“What is it? ” I asked anxiously and she sighed.
“Xavier is getting married “She spilled it and I screamed.
