☘️Nina’s Pov☘️

I got home and I met Dan waiting for me already, I rubbed my palms together and walk closer to him.

“How did it happen ” He asked and I almost scoff.

What kind of question is that?

“How did you want me to know, we should not be on that, let’s think of what we will do because delay is dangerous ” I said and he sighed tiredly thinking of what we will do.

“You didn’t have any suggestions ” He asked and I shook my head.

He groaned frustratingly running his hands through his thick hair.

I think of what we will do, why can’t we do anything possible to get rid of the baby??

I click my tongue.

“Why can’t we get rid of the baby, maybe we should poison her” I said smartly and he dally for a while before replying.

“I think that’s better” He said and I smiled.

“But how do we go about it” He ask.

“What kind is question is that, I am her best friend and she trust me in everything” I said.

“All what you have to do is to provide the poison and I will add it to her drink tomorrow morning ”

“Okay let me go and get it from the store” He said quickly grabbing his car keys and gave me a peck before rushing out.

I gasp at shock as I listen to their conversation.

I said it!!!!

There is more to this Nina, she is a snake under a green grass, I have to install a tiny and almost invisible camera on the necklace I gave to her.

What am I going to do????

And she will give her the drink tomorrow.

I thought for a while and an idea came to my head.

Perfect!!!!!!

Next morning…………

Xavier dropped me at school before heading to his office.

I walk into my class and Nina is in the class already.

She beamed when she sight me and I smiled back.

“Good morning ” she greeted cheerfully.

“Morning how are you doing? ” I asked and she smiled.

“I am fine ” she replied happily.

“I am having something for you” she said and bring out a drink.

“What is this? ” I asked and she smiled.

“It’s a energy boost drink I went to the store for shopping yesterday and the attendants there recommended it for me, I tasted it and it has a sharp, sweet and very refreshing taste” She said and I smiled gratefully.

I didn’t know she cared about me this much.

I took it from her and I realized the bottle is uncapped.

Huh………

“Why is the cover opened” I asked and she her eyes dimmed, she became uncomfortable immediately.

“Uhm…. You know I told you I love the drink, so this morning I couldn’t take my eyes off it, I took a sip from it” she said nervously and I smiled, a fake smile.

I didn’t really believe her but her answer seems convincing.

I opened it finally and was about to drink it when someone stumbled on my body and as a result of this, the drink fell from my hand and it poured on my body.

What!!!!!

“What is the meaning of this? “Nina screamed and I shift back trying to clean my body but it’s impossible.

What is the meaning of this???

“I am sorry ” The girl apologize remorsefully.

“Are you blind” Nina said angrily.

” I didn’t know” She said truthfully.

“It’s fine” I said and wave it off with my hand as if nothing happened.

“Nina common ” I tugged her playfully and she sighed trying to control her anger.

I pulled her down and she bent her head.

“Nina but it’s only a drink” I said.

“Or is there more to it ” I asked and she look at me.

“No it’s fine I was just dissapointed that…. ” she said almost pissed off again and I shut her lips.

“It’s fine okay” I said.

“Let me go and clean up in the school laundry” I said but she only nodded.

I breathe in and out trying to control my anger.

Why does our plans always fail??

I sighed and bent my head painfully as I stared at the spilled drink on the floor.

I felt like crying my eyes out.

But no matter what, I will ruin Leila.
