I watch the water roll down the expensive looking suit that he’s putting on and I watch his eyes turn red as he stares up at me, standing up and walking around the office to get to me, his glare turning hard by the second that if looks could kill, I would probably still won’t be standing here and he sure as hell wouldn’t either.

“What the fuck do you think you’re doing? Why the hell would you come to my office and do these stupid things? ”
He growls that if I hadn’t know better, I would probably be shivering and trembling from the loudness of his voice but I don’t and I won’t. I am not scared of him. No matter what he threatens me with, I will do much more worse to him.

“How about you be tell me why the hell you would tell me that the marriage is going to be fake and then you go to my father and talk all shits about wedding plans and worse of it, why don’t you tell me why the hell to you were trying to order my father around then maybe you can find a answer to your stupid question! ”
I yell and he scoffs, staring at me before shaking his head, removing his handkerchief and using it to wipe his body.

“That’s right. I’m so sorry… ”
He states and I actually got shocked that he had said those words. Bryan Hall didn’t just said sorry to me. But I got happy too early because…
“I actually forgot that you’re so stupid that you wouldn’t even understand a single thing of what I was trying to tell you. I’m very sorry for confusing your small brain. ”
He chuckles and anger grows in me as I fold my fists, ready to pound on him any second from now.

“When I said fake, I didn’t say that there wouldn’t be marriage at all, I mean the marriage would be fake. How the hell do you expect the public and even your family who doesn’t know the real reason behind this marriage to believe that I’m truly getting married to your stupid self if there isn’t even a wedding at all? ”
He raises his brows at me while I slowly calm down , trying to understand everything that he’s saying.

“But… The wedding… ”

“Is going to be fake! Fake priests! Fake vows! Everything! You didn’t actually think that I would be dumb enough to tie myself to you, that’s fucking impossible. I know you think that I’m a fool but you’re really a bigger fool. ”
He laughs, shaking his head and I glare at him. Hard.

“Well, I’m glad to know that you weren’t having such thoughts.
I don’t know what I would do if you were, and yes, I have now come to understand the reason you have to do the wedding thing, now would you tell me why the hell you were asking my dad to pick up things? ”
I raise my brows at him and he shakes his head once again before walking away from me and walking back to his desk.

“You really are a fool and you have absolutely no patience. You just jump into conclusions because you think you can. Did you even ask your dad who offered in the first place to pick everything up, even though when I had told him that I would have someone pick it up. He still refused and said he would go himself. ”
He explains and I slowly nod, realizing that I had truly jumped into conclusion without understanding the whole thing.

“And even if I want him to pick it up, he will. Why? Because I would be saving his life and his families. ”
He grins and I scoff, shaking my head.

“Remember when you had told me that this would be the worst year of my life? ”
I raise my brow at him and he nods with a smirk plaster across his stupid face.

“You were wrong. This would be the worst nightmare of your life, I promise you. ”
With that, I turn back but stop halfway through.
“And do send who will be bringing the things that would be needed for the wedding because my father would surely not be going. ”
I let out a sigh before walking out of the office finally.

“Do you Tamara King promise to take Bryan Hall as your husband and love him in time of sickness and health. Despite all odds. ”
Love him my foot! Husband my foot!

“I do. ”
I grudgingly utter.

“Do you Bryan Hall promise to take Tamara King as your wife and love her in time of sickness and health. Despite all odds. ”

“I do. ”
He says and I roll my eyes.

“You may now kiss your bride. ”
What? Kiss?! Is he kidding me?
